Changing me to we ……. Is all about a transformation that must take place within a organism that wants to be healthy and great. You see this process taking place in the heroes of the bible. Esther, David, and Jesus, along with many others, modeled this very change. They realized that success depended upon them transforming from one that was inwardly focused on me to externally focused on we.
